At SMITHIES BUTCHERS Andrew produces
all the various types of sausages himself in the shop.
Using traditonal methods and following recipies
he has developed over the years, this allows him to sell distinctive
ancd unique sausages. The ingredients used are the freshest
possible and all the meat is locally farmed, field reared animals.
This helps the local farming community, but also provides the
finest and freshest meat with the best possible flavour.
As well as the sausages, Andrew produces Cajun
Stir Fry, using wonderful local steak, as well as fresh vegatables
all coated in his own secret sauce. This again is all
prepared at the shop and is not something that is ready produced
and then bought in.
